OUR LEGACY & THE MAKING OF A CULTURAL POWERHOUSE AGENCY

Founded in Los Angeles, California in 1950, Henry Rogers and Warren Cowan form one of the first talent representation agencies, Rogers & Cowan



1980: Former Assistant to Warren Cowan, Pat Kingsley creates Pickwick PR which shortly thereafter merges with Maslansky/Koenigsberg to create PMK.
1998-1999: Both agencies, Rogers & Cowan and PMK are acquired by Interpublic Group of Companies


2000-2010: Both agencies individually expand from talent representation to servicing Fortune 100 brand clients acquiring talent and resources from the fields of film & television, consumer, fashion, arts, gaming and culture




2011-2017: Both agencies acquire independent digital specialty shops (R&C acquires FRUKT and Windsor McKenna/ PMK acquires Prime) to broaden their digital and social offerings


2018: Rogers & Cowan evolves from a siloed PR
agency to a Global Communications & Marketing agency,
acquiring London-based talent & influencer marketing firm, ITB Worldwide.




2019 R&CPMK ANNOUNCE MEGA MERGER
